Please read the following to become familiar with the terms governing the delivery of content and services on RodeoSponsors.  If you have any objections, please do not use our website or online services.  By continuing to visit our website and access the sponsorship service, you have indicated that you are in full agreement and will comply with all of the conditions stated below.  You further agree that these terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime without requiring prior notice.

Providing all that is offered on this website involves us coming into contact with some of your personal information, and as such, will be treated confidentially.  We do not share your private information with third-party organizations and will not sell it under any circumstance.  When required by law we may be forced to provide information only for the purpose of a legal proceeding.  Although access to our services is offered at the highest level of security possible, we will not be liable for any loss of information due to technological problems or service attacks that can occur.  We do not collect or use financial information in connection with the services we offer.  PayPal is our secure payments processor that is proven to be safe and reliable for the handling of various financial transactions.  However, we cannot be held responsible for any possible loss associated with using PayPal.  We encourage you to become familiar with the policies that can protect you when using PayPal.

Legal Terms:
 
RodeoSponsors reserves that right to immediately cut service to accounts when there is good reason to believe the individual or organization operating it are using it for illegal purposes.  We may temporarily suspend an account pending an investigation that could involve legal authorities, or we may terminate an account immediately at our sole discretion.  We do not condone criminal activity such as the advertising of stolen property for sale at another location, the promotion of material for sale that infringes on copyrights, or any other behaviour that is considered to be unlawful.  We will not be held responsible for any such content posted by our users that could result in legal proceedings.  It may be required by law for us to provide your information to authorities when criminal activity is thought to occur.

Service Specific Terms:
 
This section is furthermore intended to supply the conditions you are agreeing to when purchasing a subscription for RodeoSponsors. Please read them carefully since you are expected to know and abide by them when using this service.  You are also agreeing that you will read these terms on our website regularly, as we will periodically modify them without needing to provide prior notice to advertisers.

1.  This service is offered without refund if we are able to provide it for your entire subscription period. No
     exceptions.

2.  The service is not guaranteed for an entire length of a subscription in the event that this service can
     no longer be offered at some point. If it is discontinued, advertisers will receive a pro-rated refund
     via money order by mail.

3.  RodeoSponsors and its service providers are not liable for any black-out periods related to the
     accessibility of the service.  Online services periodically encounter down-time that is common
     across this industry.

4.  Advertisers may not post content that is offensive to other people or groups.  Posting content that
     promotes hatred, racism, or sexism are obvious examples.

5.  Adult content may not be posted, nor are any links permitted to websites that offer it.

6.  Profanity is prohibited in any of your ads.

7.  Any content that violates any of the conditions above is grounds for a warning or immediate account
     termination.  This is determined at our discretion.

8.  Subscriptions can be renewed up to 90 days after they have expired.  Ads become inactive after
     subscriptions expire.  Accounts that have not had an active subscription for more than 90 days
     are deleted from our system.  We will attempt to send you a reminder email message 30 days
     prior to the expiry date of your subscription.  You can login at any time to extend or renew
     the length of your subscription.
