Problems viewing website or accessing pages: This website is best viewed using Windows Internet Explorer 6.0 or later. Mozilla Firefox is supported, though some pages may display a bit different when using this internet browser. All other browsers are unsupported, but should work nonetheless without problems. Nothing happens when clicking on the links that open the Signup form or Control Panel window: Depending on your computer's configuration, using this website may require you to disable your pop-up blocker(s). If you want to keep your pop-up blocker active and use this website, you must add *www.rodeosponsors.ca* and www.promagnumcorp.com to your safe list in your pop-up blocker settings. Where will my ads show and how do I create a Sponsorship Profile? Sponsor ads show in two places: - On photographybyken.ca - The Our Sponsors section of rodeosponsors.ca Sponsorship profiles can be made by accessing the Sponsorship Profile selection on the main menu of the account Control Panel. You can place your organization into a practical category that best communicates the type of products or activities it is involved with. All of your ads will display under your chosen category when navigating to the Our Sponsors section on rodeosponsors.ca. This section can be accessed via the Our Sponsors button on the left-hand side of any page on this website. Back to Help Topics 4. How do I get the free items associated with my subscription? A quick reminder about free/complimentary prints is that only one is offered with each new subscription or renewal for advertising with RodeoSponsors. Free photo prints must be ordered through the RodeoSponsors Control Panel. You will see the option called Order My Free Photo Print listed on the main menu until you choose which print you are interested in receiving. On the following screen you will need to visit photographybyken.ca through a special button and browse through available photos in slideshow view. An exclusive *Choose Photo* button will appear beside photos that you can use to select one and complete your free order. You will be asked to confirm your shipping details back on the RodeoSponsors website. We will send you an email summary after submitting your order. The time it would take to receive a print after choosing would be approximately 2-3 weeks. Back to Help Topics 5. About inactive ads: Making an ad inactive means you can hide it from being displayed for any length of time. This feature also allows you to create more ads than your subscription allows you to display at once so that you can choose which ones you would like to display without having to delete any. This is especially handy when creating new ads and making them active instead of others that may not be attracting as much attention. Back to Help Topics 6. Account closure or termination: If a subscription to RodeoSponsors has been expired for more than 90 days, we will no longer hold onto your account information. At this point you will need to signup for a new account and subscription to use this service. If you would like to close your account before a subscription period has ended, you will need to contact us. As stated in the Terms of Service when signing up, refunds are not given for early subscription cancellation. Back to Help Topics 7. About featured placement in our advertiser listing: The $99.95 RodeoSponsor advertisement plan offers advertisers an option to be featured on the Our Sponsors section of rodeosponsors.ca where all advertisers are listed. Visitors will first be able to see the business profiles of featured advertisers. Featured advertiser profiles are rotated in random order to give every profile a chance to be seen at some point.
